At DROP IN USA, we want customers to shop with confidence. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, if the item is eligible for return.
To start a return request, please contact us at support@dropinusa.com with your order number, full name, email address, product name, reason for return, and clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If your return request is approved, our support team will share the return instructions with you.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and included items.
Reported within the return window.
Approved by our support team before being sent back.
Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:
Opened or used Beauty & Skin Care products.
Adult Supplies or intimate products.
Personal care items.
Items damaged due to customer misuse.
Items without original packaging.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items where stated.
Gift cards or digital products, if applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dropinusa.com.
Please include clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. DROP IN USA is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is approved but not visible, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. Processing times can vary.
